Sponsorship Options

All sponsorships are annual sponsorships. Sponsorships can be purchased at any point throughout the season and will expire one year after they are puchase. All questions regarding sponsorships should be directed to HEASponsorships@gmail.com.

Available sponsorship levels:

NEW! Water Sponsor ($50)- This sponsorship provides free bottled water for all exhibitors under the pavilion. This is a “per show” sponsorship. Name & logo of the water sponsor will be located on the water coolers at the show the sponsorship applies to as well as in the showbill.
Bronze ($200)- A custom engraved 3sf wood sign with your logo placed in a high traffic area
Silver ($600)- A 9 square foot banner with your logo placed in a high traffic area and the ability to provide material regarding your business to be distributed to exhibitors.
Gold ($1500)- Silver level benefits plus a custom jump insert with your chosen design or logo built by our master carpenter and your businesse's logo included on the front of exhibitor packets.
Mounting Block Sponsor ($750)- Only one of this exclusive sponsorship will be available on a first come first served basis and includes one mounting block at each arena with your company's logo
NEW! Platinum Sponsor ($3000)- Gold level benefits plus the honor of being the presenting sponsor of our new year end awards banquet

All sponsorships include:

Your name or logo in the showbill & a social media "thank you" post

Your logo on our website

Bronze & higher sponsorships include:

Opportunity to set up a vender booth or table at any show during your sponsorship

Silver & higher sponsorships include:

Overhead announcements throughout the show weekend
